Due to personal issues I’ve fallen behind with DD payment. Spoke to 02 customer services who removed the bar on services and allowed an extension to pay my bill. However my data isn’t working.
issue is currently caring for a terminally Ill father so need phone and data to contact different professionals. CS extremely helpful but just not sure why data isn’t working.

Only payment management can lift the bar.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Hi, yeah it was payment management that i spoke too. My ability to make outgoing calls has restarted just not the data.
