Data allowance not accurate on phone

My data allowance is 12GB but on my device it states that the max is 5GB and that I have now used up my allowance despite still having 7Gb remaining. Can you help with this?

The limit is manually set in your phone settings.

You need to go into the data settings and change it.

Is this the data setting on your phone as this is something separate which you can set yourself to prevent you going over your allowance

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
