I have contacted CX twice on the subject of a refund and credit that was due to be added to my account. I now am unable to contact them in app at all. I want out, I have had complaint after complaint and the standard of response has varied from non existent to, frankly, lies. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get out of contract as I am not getting the service I signed up for?

The only way to get out of the contract is to pay off any termination fees / device plans and then you can just walk away.
