Classic PAYG with £10 airtime purchase - but balance shows £0

Have purchased  a PAYG Classic sim (free) but paid for £10 airtime from CPWH... 

I've registered the SIM but it is showing £0 balance and I dont seem to have a top-up code.

 

Help appreciated

It sounds like you are on a bundle..
What tariff does it say in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

You may need to ask customer service to change the tariff for you and to recredit the sim.
