I have been on a pay monthly tariff for a few years and have just changed my tariff. I already have the Disney Plus Premium subscription as a paid extra and pay £12.99 per month on top of my airtime bill. When I chose the new tariff online it said that I could take Disney+ premium as a paid extra and would get a £2 discount off my bill with the new tariff. Under the extras tab on my O2 app it says I have 28 days to redeem the extra but doesn’t list Disney + as an option. If I look under active extras it shows my current Disney Plus paid subscription. Do I need to remove this as an extra and then add it again to take advantage of the £2 discount? There is no option to turn off auto-renew. When I look at the current period of the Disney Plus sub it runs from 21/3-20/4/25. Any help would be much appreciated.
