It's hard work trying to contact o2 through site.
I only wanted to info you guys that my card details you have on file won't work now as the bank has put the card on stop due to unauthorised transactions.
I have to wait 4-5 working days for a new card to arrive until I can update card details with you.
So I didn't want you going to try and take any payments etc to have it fail.

This isn't O2 so they won't see your message, sorry.
You need to call customer service.
