Cant recieve calls while abroad

I am currently working from Egypt and cannot recieve or make calls from my number. I am in desperate need to solve this problem for my work. As i cannot make calls i cannot ring the helpline number and online chat isnt working. Any ideas?

If you have Skype and Internet access use this guide Guide: A Guide to Skype  and call 0800 902 0217 and they should be able to help. 
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
