Cannot cancel Disney to use extra with new plan

Ordered and await iPhone 16. Part of deal is Disney as an extra feee 6 months. 

Can’t select it as can’t see it to cancel current subscription paid for as an O2 extra that followed same offer when taking out monthly plan last year for iPhone 15. 

have 30 days to set up but can’t get done unless I cancel current one. 

extras don’t show up in app or on website.
