I need the bolt on to my 02 account cancelled. I cannot afford to pay this in my next bill and have been experiencing great difficulty getting this cancelled

If your MyO2 app is not letting you remove the bolt-on, you will have to contact O2, all the ways in here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 @Bolts

If you are having difficulties in paying your bill, you need to speak to O2 about it.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
