I am asking on behalf of my deceased brother in law, he took out a 02 mobile contract in December 2017, unfortunatly he died last week.  I can't find anywhere on the web site how we can cancel the contract.  Please advise.

Sorry for your loss.

If it's easier for you you can get help in an O2 store. You will need a copy of the death certificate which the staff will fax off to the bereavement team with a cover letter stating the customers details.
I work for O2 but my comments and opinions posted here are solely my own and do not reflect those of Telefonica.

Sorry to hear your news.
You need to contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and ask for the bereavement team.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
