I can’t seem to log into the my o2 app

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

There is a workaround if you are having problems with the app.

You should be able to login to MyO2 using any browser at  https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

If browser login works, uninstall the app from your phone, reboot and reinstall,  to see if that helps.

If none of this works, contact O2 as shown by @MI5 above.

Unfortunately that is a myth and whilst it did previously fix login issues, the new issue is very different and will not be fixed by the old method.
