Hi. On average i need to call a landline number in Jersey from my mobile here in the UK three times a week , but incur extra charges to do so.
Is there any way i can use my unlimited minutes on my pay monthly contract to reduce or eliminate these extra charges.
Thanks.

Unfortunately there's nothing for any of the Channel islands other than paying standard rates.

I have never understood why o2 and the other networks charge 55p per minute to call part of the UK, yet its cheaper to call Ireland or the US..
What you could do, is get a Jersey Telecom sim and use that roaming, then its free.

You actually pay standard rates when roaming in UK on JT.
it's not free https://www.jtglobal.com/global/uk-europe-rates/

We've been through this loads of times in the past on here.
It's nonsense, but for some reason, there are no packages either way with the channel islands.
