So on wednesday I got a new phone and instantly requested to have my old number transferred to the new sim (O2 to O2). I heard it takes 24 hours to complete so on Thursday I just held out and waited, it came to Friday and it still hasen't been transferred so I jumped onto the live chat to chase it up and was told it is still pending and WILL happen within the next 24 hours, lo and behold it didn't happen. I asked again on Monday and for the third time I was told it is still pending and will happen within the next 24 hours. Shock it is now Tuesday and my old number still hasen't transferred. How long exactly am I supposed to wait and is there anything I can do to speed this process up? It's been 6 days since I got this phone and I more or less cna't do anything with it

Well after yet another conversation with the live chat guys, I've been promised that it will be 100% be sorted within the next 4 hours. Let's see how that goes
