Bailiff letter

I pay my bill every month with out fail an am in credit..the man in the shop set up a pack age an sed I don’t have to do any thing (September 2019) it will all b set up an I will pay each month....but I have bailiff letter to say I ow money but my o2 account show nothing I ow... it hard enough as I have condition that affect my communication I can no get to shop for a year due to covid and the phone people not helpful when I try... what do I do wait for bailiff to take my things an then take u to court cause I have no paper work to say, there is nothing on my account to say, the manager in shop should have made it clear to me as I told him he would have to deal quite it and set it all up as I can’t... due to condition!!

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
