Automatic Top-ups stopped for no reason

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been happily receiving automatic top-ups of £10 to my phone every time it got below £5.

Suddenly that stopped.

Went to store. They topped up phone with £10.

Chatted on O2 site - they said top-up was ok try bank.

Nothing wrong at bank.

Set up new top-up.

Email from O2 said they cancelled new auto top-up as there already is a top-up in place.

Chatted on O2 site - they checked my auto top-up and as requested, changed the amount to £15.

Phone still does not receive auto top-up.

I have a zero balance.

What next?

Only CS can fix this for you but we suggest calling (4445) rather than using live chat.

We've heard of the auto top up being glitchy before.

If Cs on the phone via 4445 cannot help perhaps use one of the other various ways such as banking app or ATM or till voucher.
