I'm having problems getting a bar of signal. and there is a mast 1.5 miles from my house which is strange bt715bp

O2 coverage map shows you are just on the boundary for 4g in your postcode - is the signal any better upstairs or outside by the gate?

Looks like another carrier may better meet your needs at home than O2...

shouldn't be a problem when a mast was erected a year ago 1.5 miles away. first few days when it was turned on we had good internet. then they cut it back down to less than half a bar.

and there on about 5g maybe sort ******ing 4g in rural areas first before erecting towers and beaming it to belfast you ******

Keep doing it daily, had the same problem where I live outside Derry, issue was a partially-working mast less than a 1km away. Signal is great now, but still dependent on where you are in the house, as we get stronger signal from the transmitter covering Inishowen, Donegal, as you drive away from Lough Foyle.

Here's status from network speed test in MyO2 app, phone says 50% signal, app says 2bars (see top right for Phone signal strength) from my living room for ref, you can run same test in parts of your house to check where best signal is:

I will try that. i have been in larger countries with in more rural areas with better signal. no excuses get the finger out o2
