Hi, due to no network coverage for 2 weeks o2 offered to credit my acc with £30 as a goodwill gesture. I spoke to adviser on the 4th May via webchat. I was told I will received a message confirming this shorty. Obviously I didn't as there was no connection. However I did not receive any text even when the network returned, like a week later. I've checked my o2 acc nothing is shown there either. How does this work? From what I understood the credit should have been applied the same day, yet I've been billed this month as usual. So where does £30 goes and when? Nothing in my bank acc either.
