im trying to lift the over 18 restriction on my mobile but it wont go through... what do i need to do?

You shouldn't have to pay any money all you need is proof of age.

Unfortunatly its a legal requirement these days. Good thing too really despite the annoyance.

I walked into an 02 shop and the employee lifted the restriction for me.

I don't use credit cards so was unable to carry out the online uplift.

No I don't use credit cards either.

They unblocked it for me via debit card about a year ago. I don't know why that's changed.
