My wife followed me from Three to O2 last month. I'm on a monthly plan but she came over on PAYG. Before Christmas there was an offer that if you activated an allowance before 24th December and activated allowances every month of the 6 following months you would get 150Mb free to browse the internet.
I picked the 100Mb plan for my wife thinking that with the extra 150Mb she would get 250Mb until the allowances double after 3 months.
Because the 150Mb were not added for several days, I asked O2 via chat. I was reassured that by 18th December the credit would come in.
We were away for 3 weeks and just returned home only to find that no credit has been made. Now that the offer is over, how do I claim my wife's 150Mb?
Can anyone help us or share a similar experience?
Thanks,
Luiz

I maybe mistaken and I am sure someone will correct me but it gets added a a virtual bolt. That gets used before going into what you have paid.

Both,
Thanks for your comments but I'm afraid data usage is eating into the 100Mb paid allowance and I can see no bolt-ons listed.
Perhaps this was really missed or we did something wrong?
This month this won't be a problem because we've been away but 100Mb won't do for the next 30 days from the 11th (when the allowances renew themselves).
Thanks again,
Luiz
