Hi, is anyone else having issues with the one time passcode for the Purecard? I recently received mine and I managed to register it fine but now whenever I try to log in it asks for a one time passcode which I never receive, I genuinely feel like I've been conned out of this, as a quick Google search reveals that people on other networks have the same issue with this purecard

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Fixed it, ended up having issues with receiving all Verification codes from every app so ended up calling O2 customer service and they said to reset network settings and after a few hours everything was back to normal
