They came up with the volt offer when I got the Virgin Media account. We accepted. On 26 February, we received a message that the SIM card was on its way. The phone number came as a message. Even a payment message came. When the SIM card did not arrive within 10 days, we went to the o2 branch. They gave us a sim card from there. But the sim card no service gives a warning. We called customer service but we could not reach the authority. We would appreciate your help.
