When you trade your phone in on 02 Refresh do you get money for your phone.

@Anonymous do you mean on the 12 monthly upgrade? or at the end of your term?

When you do the 12 montly upgrade your phone that you are trading is is used to pay off what is left on your original device plan

If you mean just using O2 Recycle then you have a choice of cheque, bank transfer or credit to you O2 account

Essentially yes, you get money either way, but to answer precisely we need to know what exactly you have in mind.
