hi so i applied for a contract phone on the 9th of march and paid £20 and haven’t heard anything back off them. they created me an account for the web but i can’t get on the app, i’ve contacted the live chat and the only way i can get through to someone is through sales and when i explain my situation they tell me they can’t help and redirect me back to the virtual assistant and tells me to go through the live chat on the app but i’ve explained so many times i can’t get on the app and they just tell me the same thing. i’m struggling to get through over the phone as where i live i don’t get much signal so when i manage to get it ringing it i lose signal and it cuts off. does anyone know of any way i can try and find out what’s going on with my application without getting blanked and redirected all the time? the payment is still pending and i was aware that it only takes 24 hours to find out if you’ve been accepted but i’ve been waiting 5 days. any help is much appreciated!

It can take longer, depending on volume of referrals, best thing to do is call the sales team on 0808 002 0202
If you havent been accepted your funds will be returned by your bank, withing 24hrs to 14 days (this is in the hands of your bank and not o2).
