Resolved! Final Bill

Account (REMOVED) I've received a final bill demand for £0.45 but can't access payment via MyO2 as number disconnected and no existing DD. Please give O2 phone number so I can make payment by card.

Resolved! changed sim, old sim in credit

Hi All, I did a sim swap, as my old sim wouldn't fit my new phone. The old sim had around £60 credit. O2 sent a new sim, which is great, but how do I get the credit back after they switched off the old sim?
