No Roaming in France

My phone won't connect automatically or manually to any network in France. When I try manually, it shows as forbidden. It must be sim problem as my other work O2 connects ok

Resolved! Existing credit for rolling plan

I have £5 credit but I keep getting direct debited £15 for rolling plan. Can I please be direct debited for £10 so that I can use the £5 credit?
