I am new to 02 I just bought sim today with mobile number [Removed] I topped up for 10 pounds and it showed there is offer i will get 20GB data. Before it was 7GB Where as i have topped up 10 pounds and i only received 7GB data.

Resolved! Top up, change tariff

I can’t log in to my o2 account and since I wanted to transfer my old number to this SIM card it all wouldn’t work, no tariff came up that I can change my number didn’t change on the o2 account, I can’t log in, I can’t top up.
