Been trying to contact customers services but none of the means worked for me, it’s so hard to get in touch with O2 customer services. This is my last resort.
My tariff was due to be renewed on 1st of September. I had the £10 tariff and changed it to £15 using my app. Got a message that it is changed to £15, however when I topped up £15, it renewed the old tariff and deducted £10. Since then the balance in my account has been deducted for every time I use the data or make a call which means the £10 was deducted and no tariff was renewed instead I’m being charged over and above that. Can someone from O2 please fix this glitch. There isn’t even an email where they can be contacted, it’s so frustrating!

@Azka You've posted in the Pay Monthly area, but it sounds like you're a Pay & Go customer. The number for Pay & Go customer service is 4445 from your mobile.
