Hi I just topped up £10 but I was meant to renew my monthly package can you use the £10 top up to renew my package

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" if you topped up a rolling plan PAYG number, the credit will remain for out of tariff charges and such, as Rolling Plan has to be funded from a credit or debit card, @Danhop - no refunds in PAYG either. Good luck!
