Hi I got a new sim yesterday and had the process for replacement to my old number, it’s not been 24hours but still have no service

I assume you have rebooted the phone?
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

@Roy2 Did you follow this guide: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community
If so, try turning your phone off and back on again.
If you're still having difficulty, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do the swap for you. Bring identification with you.
