Hi,
I'm experiencing issues with mobile signal loss while using roaming in Poland, regardless of whether it's 3G, 4G, or 5G.
I've attempted to manually select the network, reset the phone, and change the APN settings, but nothing has worked.
I have a £15 rolling plan, and the problem occurs on both my iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro.
Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Check your APN. If abroad it should be mobile.o2.co.uk
If you have tried other networks then contact O2 to see if you have a roaming bar on your account.

If it's PAYG you will have no access to 5G and in whole swathes of Poland there is now no 3G. That leaves only 4G and 2G. The phone will only make calls on 2G. You should be able to use 4G data, but only where 4G is available.
The APN for PAYG is
payandgo.o2.co.uk
Try selecting different networks in each location, one may give you better access.
If you roam a lot O2 PAYG may no longer be for you
