On the 10th of July 2024 when I was in Spain O2 cut all my services off when I went to buy extra data. they charged me for two months I had no phone while I was abroad when I got back in September I went to the O2 shop to try and sort it out I ended up ringing up they said they sorted it out and noticed that all my services were cut dead and should not have been they said they were going to give me my 102 pound back as credits which I wasn't happy about anyway now I have just been bulid 15 pounds for reconnection is this a joke and £10.25 this month odd number has anybody else had a problem with dealing with these criminals
