Hi I have changed from pay as you go to A rolling plan today 10/6/24 my account was in credit of over £10 today can I get a refund of this as my rolling plan is £10

No refunds in these circumstances unfortunately.
It will remain on your account as credit for out of allowance usage or swap back to a bundle to use it for your next top up.
You can then switch back to a rolling plan in your MyO2,

Hello thank you for your replies however I contacted & spoke with O2 who have been very helpful & a refund is being processed for one of my payments & a credit to my account for the other payment so I am happy that it has been resolved
