I want to move my phone number from Three to O2, I have my PAC number. Online form doesn't work as it says "something went wrong etc", online chat system serves only Pay Monthly customers and I couldn't get answer from 202 (maybe I was calling after work hours). Any suggestions, do I need to go to O2 store to do this?

@unclegoose

You need to call 4445 for PAYG customer service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
