I have my new debit card which is valid from now and has a new security code. How do I change the card details when I top up on my phone? I tried today and put in the new security code but it didn't like it.
Many thanks!

Hi @RachG1705
You wont be able to do it the way you are trying to,
You have to register it as a new card.
1) Dial 4444
2) Follow the options to top up using a credit or debit card.
3) You will be asked if you have have used this card to top up before.
4) Options Yes or No
5) Press the number you are given to denote NO
6) You will then be asked for the card details including long number, expiry date and security number, house no and postcode.
7) Once you have given all the correct details to the automatic voice, you will then be told your registration has been successful
You will then be able to top up your phone.
Edited to add: I have 2 cards registered with PAYG. I use them to top up family members phones. I recently had a new card and had to register it as a new card.

It's best to give customer service a call on 4445 in the morning.so they can update the registered card. Around 8.30am is the best time.
