Only if you bought it in the last 14days, then you need to contact o2 on 0344 809 0222


That only applies to the initial purchase and not any further topups

PAYG Data sims don't come with any inclusive texts (from what I remember), hence you cant send any,...

No refunds on payg @jakeyt 

Sorry, but you can transfer to a pay monthly as per the link in my post above and get any credit transferred to that.
