End of February got a messege my mast was busy. My post code Sn32nh but call was important I tried every hour day and night it was busy. After 7 days they told me it was phone fault. I pointed out it cost me £350 from o2 despite law saying phone under 6 month old by law would have inherit fault and I'd have rights. Joke one... O2 refused refund as I had used phone. Joke2 being informed it was o2 sold phone they decided mast was not busy. It had a fault. 28 days with no calls later they tell me they repaired mast. Today I try to receive call and nobody can hear mei check mast and we are back to mast is very busy. Sorry not laughing the joke is o2. Last joke. They just reminded me to top up. It reminds me did you know if your pay and go they have simple fix. They tell you to take a monthly contract you might get better signal. I asked why to my mp and ombudsman as payment shouldn't affect signal

What fun with o2 here is a update after arguing they was just busy their network said busy 24/7 in sn3 2nh. Now the joke after 2 weeks arguing to be busy for entire 24 hours for weeks they discovers fault. Now took them 28days to get my signal back here is punchline after 1day the network is again busey 24/ 7 last 5 days and back to very beginning they have no fault

Aybe my other o2 users can comment on a few things how many using the mast makes it busy. What are odds on mast being busy for 24 hours a day for entire week and that's night and day on hour check. Sn3 users having problems like me get in touch
