I swopped over to o2 yesterday, I had already purchased the £10 bundle with sim card but it keeps telling me I have no credit so cannot make any calls or send messages.

Are you trying to call a number outside of your bundle or send a MMS??

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they can also have a look
