I just have manually topped up my phone for the new month. I then decided for the next month I’ll set up for it to be auto so I don’t forget. It states it will be for the next month yet o2 has taken £15 for both manual top up and auto for next month. Can anyone advise if I can be refunded for the auto until next month?

When you set up auto top up it states that payment will be taken immediately.
The extra credit will remain on your account and can be used for out of bundle charges.
O2 generally don't refund PAYG top ups in any way.

That didn’t seem the way it was worded, as I chose a date that was past the date I’ve chosen for it to be taken going forward. So I chose for it to be taken on the 3rd of the month and as we’re now 4th I’d assumed it wouldn’t be til the following month. Weirdly though on my balance it’s only stating it’s £15 so I’ll wait to see if both pending amounts of £15 are taken from the bank because if they are then the 2nd £15 hasn’t even gone on to my account which is more of a issue
