Keep my number - Sim not provisioned

I made a number transfer from my old network provider (Tesco Mobile) to O2. Both SIMs were disconnected on Tuesday (16/03) afternoon and my O2 one had not returned yet. Keep getting "Sim not provisioned".

 

How long does it take to transfer? Is it normal to take longer then 24 hours? Tried reseting my phone several times during the day.

It seems there may be a batch of faulty sims giving issues.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Ok thanks. The SIM was working fine before the transfer happened. I noticed when going on the myO2 app with wifi, It can't display my belance.
