I topped up £10 pay as you go credit to my account for standard use. However it automatically started a £10 bundle for me. How can I cancel this and use the credit as normal?
I've tried to access the chat from the My O2 app but it's going round in circles and never actually opening a chat with someone.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

My understanding is that O2 only do bundles now.
If you want traditional PAYG you will need to port out to a network that does.
