I am being charged for O2 travel that I never used. This is quite just too much for me at this time and I am thinking of ending my use of O2 network really. Please can someone answer me here? I have tried to call O2 agents severally but it takes so long to reach them.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Out of interest, do you live near a port? It is possible, if you have O2 Travel Bolt-On active on your account, that even by briefly picking up a WiFi signal from a cruise or ferry that you roamed briefly - then O2 Travel would kick in and boom, £6 on your account. Had the same when in a ferry across the Irish sea and the phone picked up Manx Telecom for a brief time, which was not included in the PAYG  allowances, @Gracie2

Or to follow-up on @pgn's question, do you perchance live in Northern Ireland ?
