CNAM isnt really supported in the UK, as neither BT, Voda or EE support it as there is no UK CNAM database.
The best way to do this is contact Hiya which is the database / app that Samsung and other manufacturers use.

Apple uses either contacts or scans email for your number
o2 customer services wont probably know what a CNAM record is, if they do offer this it will be expensive...

I asked around on our end to check, and can confirm that customer service unfortunately wouldn't be able to help with this as this option is not available on O2. As mentioned above if you need something like this you'd need to use a 3rd party software.
