Hi guys,

I've had an email from

O2topup@mi-pay.com

telling me my top=up was successful  -   as   my payg balance has not changed in the 4 days since the message

I think this is a scam of some sort.

How can I remove my credit card details from myO2 & Register a new one?

Is this what I need to do?

Has anyone had this happen to them.

TIA for all reads & replies

Thanks:   F

@effsweet  On googling Mi-Pay, it certainly isn't for you at all. All ways to top up here Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)  You can also change your payment card details in My O2.

see the info here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/how-to-pay
