Solved: Changing date of Tariff

Hello. I’m Trying to move my tariffs effective date sooner as I’ve run out of the tariff and need to purchase another one, but it’s saying it will only be effective in two weeks from now, as that’s the date it usually gets renewed. Can this date be changed at all?
