£5 credit for signup to MyO2 & extra data promo

I registered for myo2 a few days ago and topped up £10 today. How do i claim the £5 credit for MyO2 signup?
Also, my bundle deal offers 18GB for 3 months but my allowance is showing the standard 6GB. I read the guide helpfully posted in response to another member’s query but i cant see anything in the available bolt-on section to activate the data promo for new customers.
Advice and guidance much appreciated!

If it's a recent sign up it may take a few days to show in MY O2. Keep rebooting the phone.
