water damaged phone

I have a Huawei y6 2019 phune and i dropped it into water and I put it into rice for 36 hours and it still won't work and I need my phone I have went through everything and I can't get any answersI have tried phoning and keep getting cut off I am at my wits end as i need my phone can anyone tell me where I can go.
