trying to contact chat for over 2 hours!!!

is it normal to wait 2 hours for someone to speak to on chat!!!

when I try phoning 202 from my mobile I get nearly through then get cut off

feeling a little annoyed now

tried to start a conversation @ system: at 13:05:52 its now system: at 15:02:23

No it's not normal. I would disconnect and open another chat.

When you call 202 press 2 then zero......

Come out of chat, keep trying on 202 until you get through its the only way

even when trying to complain to them, im in a live chat for 1 hour, on a different tab, keep trying to phone but only get so far then they cut me off

Maybe they realise your trying to talk about your issue to different advisors at the same time
