i've received 3 emails today purporting to be from O2 but I suspect they're scams by the email addresses and the very fact that they've all been identical
at the same time i've received texts
they're all about how my direct debit is changing
anyone else experienced this?

O2 are changing everyone over to a new billing system and this involves setting up a new direct debit.
