Free tile

My free tile arrived and before any pairing the the tile will not play it’s initial start up, nor will it be recognised on the phone .I assume this is a faulty , so wild I be entitled to another , or could anyone offer any other advice.Thanks

I was trying to buy a phone online but didint proceed with it i decided to go to the o2 store and buy it there. (I havet bought it yet) but i was still billed 80£ off of my accaunt for trying to buy it online.

Netflix offer

Hi, I upgraded my phone last week and received 6 months Netflix and a tablet. I have tried several times to redeem the Netflix offer and it just keeps telling me I'm not eligible! I've tried it on wi-fi and mobile data. Can anyone help? Thanks.
