Resolved! O2 switch up what do I need

I’m thinking of getting a new phone with the switch up service, I would like to know, what do I need to take with me? Do I need to take ID with me? And do I need to take the sim card? I’d rather not be carrying that loose thanks for your help

Resolved! have I got the best deal as a frequent traveller

Hi, I travel between 1-4 times a month. I have a personal account with the travel bolt on which gives me calls at £6 a day when I use it abroad. I'm trying to find out if this is the best deal for me. Thanks

Resolved! Signal problems

I've had great service with 02 until recently. Since last week they've had problems with the mast and now saying I have no signal because too many people using the service. I'm in south Devon. Anyone else having the same problem? thankspatricia
